Injustice 3 legendary edition6/5/2023 Even if you totally suck at fighting games, you will still enjoy fighting the A.I or friends. The difficulty settings are properly calibrated, and the controls are easy to learn and hard to master. Also because it’s a game that’s there for all ages. Not only because of the cinematic choreography or the unique characters with their own fighting styles. Injustice 2 is one of the best fighting games out there. It makes it more intriguing to experiment with fighters as well as giving some more depth than your average fighting game. Depending on who’s fighting who, this also triggers some back-and-forth conversations before the fight. Since pretty much everything, including the DLC, is about the different heroes, they all have their professional and unique sounds and voices. Full orchestral music is supporting the pride that’s Injustice 2, and then we still got the voice acting and sound effects. The cutscenes that flawlessly transition into fights have some real Hollywood quality background tracks. Since every fight is such a cinematic experience, you are also treated on the awesome sound quality this brings along. A fair counterpoint, the game is already very good by itself and doesn’t feel the need for more story content or battle modes. A fair point though, new fighters and skins might not be what everybody is looking for in an ”legendary” edition of a game. These ten unique fighters bring a lot more graphical goodness with them to feast your eyes upon, but obviously also more gameplay options. These graphics are about half the reason that makes the Legendary Edition interesting since everything that’s added for you are ten more fighters and some unique skins. Super moves are longer, cinematic fighting moves where you, provided you hit, brutally stomp your opponent for about a quarter of his total health points. Not only you get highly realistic cinematic environments and facial expressions, the animations are just very unique for each and every champion, not even to mention the super moves. Rocking smooth graphics are shaking a lot of things up. It’s a proper, long story that has a lot of an extensive movie hanging about, chained together with sick fights where you change the hero(es) you play every chapter. They are the leaders of two camps of opinions, and every other superhero picks a side depending on personal interests or moral questions.Īt a certain point, a powerful enemy called Brainiac shakes things up, forcing the superheroes to team up and figure out how the hell they are going to save the Earth from being part of a twisted, destructive plan that will make the powerful Brainiac even stronger. Batman seems like a total pussy at times, Superman has a chance to become more of a villain himself by letting his vision go rogue. Superman wants to rid the world of the baddies and thinks Earth is better off when it’s permanently ridden of bad guys, creating the question what justice truly means. Batman wants to see justice being handed out, no killing allowed but leaving all to the justice system. It’s the ultimate justice vs the ultimate power. Injustice 2 puts a single question out there, following the story of the prequel as well as the Batman vs Superman saga. Now Injustice is back, including all DLC with its Legendary Edition! Let’s take a look at what’s been added and how the game’s total holds up including everything that’s been released in a year time. Since we reviewed the game back then, the E-sports community and fans across the world have been loving the game in all its glorious colors. Known for being an overall good fighting game series and staying incredibly truthful to the DC universe, Injustice 2 was released in May 2017.
